Pete Teo and more than 40 Malaysian personalities including Daphne Iking, Namewee, Lee Chong Wei, Tony Fernandes, Baki Zainal, Chelsia Ng and more want you to VOTE!
In barely two weeks since Pete Teo's "UndiLah" video released on Malaysia Day (September 16th, 2011), it's gained quite a fair bit of attention, both good and bad.The good? Nearly half a million views on YouTube in just two weeks.
The bad? It's been banned from being broadcasted on national television.
But then again, the ban has created more publicity for the clip, so we'll count that as an indirect 'good'. As Charlie Sheen would say, "Winning!"
While Pete Teo says he didn't see the ban coming, he's rather unfazed by it, "I still haven't quite figured out what the ban is for. Not that it matters really. People who want to see it can still see it on YouTube or the official site."
Filmed in Kuala Lumpur and featuring Malaysians from all walks of life, you might recognise some well-known personalities like Daphne Iking, Namewee, Lee Chong Wei, Tony Fernandes, Baki Zainal, Chelsia Ng, Jason Lo, Rina Omar, Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah, Tony Pua, Reshmonu and loads more.
