JOHOR BARU- A PKR delegate has called on its leaders to preserve the party's objective as a multi-racial political organisation and not being only Malay-centric.
PKR Youth information chief Lee Khai Loon said the leaders should realise that the party's membership reflected its a multi-ethnicity.
However, the party appeared to be giving a lot of consideration to woo Malay voters by sacrificing the needs of other races, he told delegates at PKR National Congress here.
He said the four Pakatan Rakyat-controlled states were also pursuing Malay voters and not aggressive in enticing the non-Malays.
Lee said PKR should take the lead by establishing a separate committee to fulfil the needs of electorates beyond racial boundaries.
